  • Do I need to be home?

    No. As long as your bins are accessible and empty, we handle the entire process.

  • When is the service completed?

    Service is performed on your trash collection day or the following day, depending on your neighborhood schedule. Specific service times are thoughtfully aligned with your area's routing to ensure consistency and attention to detail.

  • Is it necessary to have my trash bins cleaned?

    Trash bins routinely collect food waste, packaging residue, and organic material that can harbor bacteria such as E. coli, Salmonella, and other odor-causing microbes. In warm climates, buildup accelerates, contributing to persistent odors, pest attraction, and unsanitary conditions near your home.

  • What if there is garbage left in my bin?

    For optimal results, bins should be empty prior to service. If residual waste is present, we will professionally remove and bag the contents using sealed, leak-resistant, color-branded bags before completing the cleaning process.

    You’ll receive a courteous reminder by text and email prior to your scheduled service.

  • How often do I pay?

    Your first cleaning is billed at the time of signup to secure your service.


    After that, billing aligns with your selected plan. Monthly service is billed on the first of each month, and quarterly service is billed at the beginning of each service cycle.

    No long-term contract is required.
